BURN REGULATIONS

Western Lane Fire and EMS Authority no longer requires burn permits for the burning of yard debris on your property in Lane County. If you are planning to burn you must still follow all applicable regulations from LRAPA, the Oregon Department of Forestry, or the City of Florence.
