Western Lane Crisis Response (WLCR)
Part Time positions within the Crisis Response Program.
Our team responds directly to the scene of various situations to assist individuals and families facing mental health crises, unexpected trauma, homelessness, suicidal ideation, family disputes, welfare checks, displacement from structure fires, and other distressing life events. Staffed by Peer Support Specialists, Community Health Workers, and Qualified Mental Health Associates, we provide compassionate emotional support, crisis assessment, connections to community resources, and ongoing follow-up to help people navigate challenging times.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and offer both in-person and phone-based crisis response services.
In addition, we provide a range of helpful written resources—including guides on grief and local community resource listings—which are available for download here on our website.
